Betamax Video - Convert or Transfer to DVD
Betamax is a consumer analogue video recording format developed by Sony in the mid 1970s. For a number of reasons VHS gained more momentum in the domestic video market and overshadowed an otherwise excellent quality recording and playback system. Betamax tapes due to their age are in many cases displaying video noise and any remaining tapes in peoples collections should be converted to a digital format before the information is completely lost.
We transfer or convert all of the major domestic video formats to DVD such as VHS, VHS-C, Hi8, Video 8, Digital 8, miniDV and MicroMV. We also transfer Broadcast formats such as Betacam SP and U-Matic
Film format support for Super 8mm, Standard 8mm, 16mm and 9.5mm
